Walkden Methodist Church has a number of community rooms for hire for childrens birthday parties, training facilities, conferences, community group meetings and much more.
The building has a number of adaptable spaces to suit your needs. The church operates a minimum hire of 3 hours at competitive rates from £18.00 per hour!.
Spaces available for Hire:
Main Church Hall - suitable for conferences, large meetings, dance groups and much more. The room holds approximately 180 people seated.
Scott & Suzanna rooms - suitable for small to medium sized meetings. The facility is located just of the main church foyer with access to a kitchen and male, female and disabled toilets. Access is via the main entrance into the main church hall. The rooms can be split into two smaller rooms if required. As one room it can accommodate circa 40 to 45 people seated depending on layout and requirements
The Wesley Centre - suitable for childrens parties, drama groups, youth activities, training events, small meetings and much more. This area is a self contained unit with its own small kitchen facility for making drinks, its own male, female and disabled toilets with a dedicated entrance. This area can be split into three smaller rooms. As a large room it can accommodate circa 60 people seated (depending on requirements and layout).
The Bridge Suite - suitable for community meetings, training facilities, small conferences. This area has access to a large kitchen that can include preparing food and access to disabled toilet with its own dedicated entrance as required. It can seat circa 80 people seated (depending on requirements and layout).
All the above facilities if required can be used as one building should your requirements need to utilise a number of difference spaces or they can be used on their own as standalone facilities.
Projector facilities can be provided in all these areas for additional charge upon request.
